
On February 14, 2008 the City of Seattle approved the project's revised Master Use Permit
On January 8, 2008 final approval was received by the Design Review Board focusing on the proposed "living wall" along Columbia street and the issue of transparency.
On December 20, 2007 the City of Seattle published the final SEPA addendum for the project for public comment
Daniels Development Co. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the First United Methodist Church site at 5th & Columbia and the beginning on development of a new 43 story Class A office tower on the site. The development will also save the historic Sanctuary building currently located on the site and include it as part of the new project.
